Ingredients
- 150g soft tofu
- 15g nutritional yeast
- 5g lemon juice
- 20g olive oil
- 50g water
- 1g turmeric
- 1g salt
- 250g of your favorite kind of pasta, preferably shell shaped
Instructions
Place all ingredients (except the pasta!) in a blender and mix until smooth. Add salt to taste if necessary.
Cook pasta as instructed on the box. Drain and mix with the mac’vegan’cheese sauce.
Enjoy with a side of your favorite veggies. Here, I used yellow zucchini and broccoli with parsley.
