Mac’Vegan’Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 150g soft tofu
  • 15g nutritional yeast
  • 5g lemon juice
  • 20g olive oil
  • 50g water
  • 1g turmeric
  • 1g salt
  • 250g of your favorite kind of pasta, preferably shell shaped

Instructions

Place all ingredients (except the pasta!) in a blender and mix until smooth. Add salt to taste if necessary. 

Cook pasta as instructed on the box. Drain and mix with the mac’vegan’cheese sauce.

Enjoy with a side of your favorite veggies. Here, I used yellow zucchini and broccoli with parsley.
