Easy Vegan Lemon Cake

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
100g brown sugar
10g baking powder
Wet Ingredients:
200g apple sauce (compote)
Juice from 2 lemons, (80g)
50g olive oil
Lemon zest from 2 lemons (10g)
Method
Preheat oven at 180°C
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl
Pour wet ingredients in dry ingredients and combine with a whisk until smooth
Pour batter in mold and bake for 50min at 180°C, or until golden/brown on top
Let the cake sit for at least 30min before eating
