Easy Savoury Crêpes

This savory crêpe recipe is so versatile and quick to prepare. I usually make it for Sunday brunch or a crêpe party (woohoo!) with friends. Just swap the water for plant-based milk and you’ll have a perfect sweet recipe too.

Serving: 7 medium-sized crêpes

Prep time : 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes


Ingredients

  • 150g flour

  • 300g water

  • 60g oil

  • 100g applesauce

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional : Herbs or spices to taste


Method


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.


2. Cook in a non-stick pan on both side until golden


3. Enjoy with your favorite filling


Notes

For the recipe on the photos, I filled it with vegan ricotta, spinach and spices
