Behind every picture, is a story.

In 2016, I decided to adopt a vegan diet. Cooking solely with plant-based foods has taught me to get creative and so much more inventive in the kitchen. Who would have known you could make chocolate mousse with chickpea water?!

In 2017, I started Chef Tosca to share my passion for plant-based cooking. Since then, I’ve never stopped creating and improving my recipe development as well as my photography skills. 

Fun fact: before studying at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in 2016,  I didn’t like cooking, at all. I really started to enjoy it when working with Chefs and Food & Beverage passionates at school and during my internships. Today, I practically live in my kitchen and feel like I have found my calling: either photographing, learning, talking or writing about and around food.

Food brings people together, allows us to connect, reconnect, create and share. Chef Tosca is all about capturing food, sharing recipes and telling the story behind them. Since 4 years now, it has evolved as an online destination for anyone wishing to cook and get inspired by healthy yet indulgent plant-based food. Above all, it is space where creativity, inspiration and curiosity meet aesthetics.

As our ways of consuming are evolving, Chef Tosca was the perfect opportunity for me to showcase how food is a driver of change and innovation. Through Chef Tosca, I want to guide people in their quest for creative content and delicious plant-based recipes. Further, I offer my services to various businesses in and around the food & beverage industry who wish to collaborate.
